❤️ TIME AND DATE OF DELIVERY

- Delivery will be done on the same day, which is a working day only, if you make payment and order before 12 noon

- Daily posting MONDAY FRIDAY (EXCEPT PUBLIC HOLIDAYS)

- After 12 noon the item will be posted the next day (working day)

 

❤️ TRACKING NUMBER

-Tracking numbers will be given on the web on the day of posting

 

❤️ Please check tracking on the web after 5pm

❤️ Don't check tracking too early, because we are still in the process of packing

 

❤️ Please check tracking no after 5pm - 9pm

- if tracking is already on the web, it means your order has been posted and processed.

❤️ For festive season orders, usually two months before fasting, it is possible that your order will be delayed 3-4 working days before posting out. follow the turn of the order as the order is too pax this time. Please note

 

 

SIZING GUIDE

1. All measurement are taken with the garment laid flat, buttoned and / or zipped.

2. Please check measurement especially on bust, waist and hip.

3. Please refer to sizing chart before order.

4. Size might be smaller than your actual size.

5. Unless otherwise specified, measurements are taken from the highest point of shoulder.

6. Size chart have been provided as general guide for determining size.

7. Please check your measurement before purchasing. Kindly contact our Team Sale or Agent to assist.

8. We do not take responsibility for the wrong size chosen.

Return Policy

 

FOR NORMAL ITEM ONLY  ( REFER BELOW) 

❤️ Within 1 day after receiving the goods,

Example:

1 hb receive goods

2 hb (APPROXIMATELY 1 DAY)

customer MUST inform us if there is damage @ the wrong size of the shirt & if the wrong color of the shirt.

Damage or reject on our shirt will be dealt according to the TERMS & CONDITIONS and win win situation

 

❤️ If there is no return within 2 days from the date of receipt of the goods

Example:

1 hb receive goods

2nd (1 day return period)

3rd (2 days return period)

4th (we do not accept returns) 

👆 we will consider the case completed and will not be allowed to make another return after a period of 2 days.

Do not return the item without informing us first. We will not serve return parcels like that. So better inform first, we deal with term n condition, then proceed next step

 

❤️ We DO NOT ACCEPT excuses

- The customer went overseas, just returned and just opened the parcel

- The agent received the brg for 2-3 days before the cod with the customer, so the new customer opened the parcel.

- It's been a long time coming, but it's new noticed there was a problem

- items are posted to the agent in malaysia, but the item did not check, continues to be posted to the singapore customer. 

 

❤️ COMPULSORY CONDITIONS - Whoever received it, MAKE SURE to check the item. and inform us if there are any problems within the period specified above.

 

❤️ If it's a mistake on our part - Wrongly sent the goods @ defected according to the T&C below:

▶ ️ The cost of two -way postage will be borne by jentayu

▶ ️ To claim postage, YOU MUST INCLUDE POSTAGE RECEIPT

▶ ️ without a receipt, postage is free and there is no refund for the postage cost

▶ ️ The cost will be paid after we receive the returned item in good condition (via online transfer)

▶ ️ Returns will be replaced with new items with the same code, design, color, and size only.

▶ ️ if the item sold out, can be exchanged with any of the same items or other designs (according to the price of the shirt)

FOR WAREHOUSE & DEFECT ITEM CLEARANCE (AS-IS ITEM)

- Ada item yg perfect ada item yg defect. Randomly clearance.

Example defect:
torn, stitching problem, pattern printing problem, dirt on the material, or measurement problem at certain parts.


 The defective item clearance sale product can’t be returned, refund, or exchanged. If you cannot accept this status, please do not order them. 


CAUTION ‼️

WE WILL BEAR 100% OF THE COST OF CHANGING CLOTHES IF:

a) The shirt received by HQ is wrong in color and size
WE WILL NOT SERVE FOR CHANGE OF CLOTHES IF:

a) The customer chose the wrong size and color
